Where does this role fit in?

This role sits within our Digital, Tech, and Change Team. You’ll be part of a team of developers, analysts and testers who work closely together – and with the wider business – to build useful, user friendly software.

We believe in working as one team, learning from each other, and supporting every voice to be heard.

What skills and experience do you need?

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate (1+ years’ experience).
  • Able to write code in C#, JavaScript and SQL – you don’t need to be an expert in everything, but some knowledge is important.
  • A problem solver who enjoys finding solutions and working through challenges logically.
  • Able to analyse user requirements and translate them into software design specifications.
  • Someone who cares about users – we want our software to be helpful, reliable and easy to use.
  • Familiar with testing, source control (like Git), and agile ways of working.
  • A clear communicator – able to work well with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Willing to learn, grow, and adapt as we do.

 

What are the pay and benefits? 

  • This salary for this role is fixed at £48,453 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position
