Where does this role fit in?
You’ll join our Technology & Business Solutions team and report to the Senior Data Analyst. The insights you provide will be used across the organisation- from performance dashboards to one off deep dive analysis for key decisions. You’ll be our go to person for helping teams understand their performance and spot opportunities for improvement.
What skills and experience do you need?
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable working with data – you’ve used tools like Power BI, SSRS, or SQL in a recent role
- Able to explain data in simple terms to others – whether that’s in a report, meeting, or dashboard
- Good at working on more than one task at a time, keeping things organised and clear
- Curious and likes spotting patterns or opportunities in numbers
- Someone who enjoys helping others learn – whether that’s training colleagues or improving data quality
- Experience in data and performance roles
- A degree or similar work experience related to data, analysis, or business intelligence

What are the pay and benefits?
- This salary for this role is fixed at £50,101 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position

- First Stage: A 30 minute teams call week commencing 12th May
- Second Stage: Selected candidates will be invited to attend an in person interview week commencing 19th May in our Newport office. This will include a panel interview and data related task.
Please note that progression to the second stage will depend on the outcome of the first stage
