Who are Pobl Group? Pobl Group is a proud employer of over 2,300 colleagues providing diverse services and making a difference in communities throughout Wales. Our Care team provides registered care services throughout South Wales at dozens of locations and for a wide range of customers. Pobl means ‘People’ and people really are at the heart of everything we do. We support some truly amazing people to live positive, independent lives in their own home and help get them where they want to be in life.

A bit about the people we support in this services:

We are recruiting for 2 services (bungalows) in close proximity in Ystard Mynach.

In one bungalow, we support four independent and active ladies (30s–70s) who love engaging in their local community—whether it’s cinema trips, walks in the park, coffee outings, or attending clubs. Each has their own Motability vehicle, and enjoys a mixture of solo and shared activities. While they’re quite independent, they value support with medication, meal prep, and day-to-day tasks like housekeeping and health & safety checks. Strong family connections are a key part of their lives.

In the other bungalow, we support one lady and one gentleman (both 60s–70s). The lady has complex physical needs and uses an electric wheelchair and PEG for her feeds and medications—full training will be provided. She enjoys music, playing piano, and daily contact with family. The gentleman is a music and film enthusiast who enjoys community outings, charity shopping, and weekend visits with his sister.
