What are the pay and benefits?
- The salary is £32,512 for a 40 hour full time permanent position.
- Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with our office base for this role being Swansea
- Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.

What skills and experience do you need?
We’re looking for Multi Skilled Engineers with:
- A City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in your core trade- Plumbing (essential).
- Practical experience in your core trade.
- Confidence working in people’s homes and providing a professional, courteous service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to carry out work in other trade areas (e.g., basic plastering, carpentry, brickwork, etc.)
- A flexible and positive approach to work and problem solving
- A full UK driving licence
- A strong commitment to health and safety
Bonus if you’ve worked in a social housing environment or have experience using mobile working systems – but these are not essential.
