What Does the Role Involve?

Every day, you’ll be helping people live life their way – whether it’s going out to local events, supporting hobbies, or making the home feel comfortable and safe.

You’ll also support physical and health needs, including:

  • Personal care with dignity
  • PEG feeding & medication (full training provided)
  • SALT plans and epilepsy support
  • Trips to the beach, shopping, or local cafes
  • Encouraging independence and celebrating achievements

  • An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £ 24,531 (FTE)
