What skills and experience do you need?

  • Strong experience in ASB case management and court preparation – including bundle assembly and confident advocacy.
  • Ability to start immediately and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Proven mediation skills to resolve neighbourhood conflicts effectively.
  • Experience working in social housing and partnering with external agencies.
  • Good IT skills including email, Word, Excel, and presentations.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

What are the pay and benefits?

  • Salary: £37,256 per annum (pro rata for fixed-term, full-time role) for 37hours per week.
  • 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing with length of  service.
  • Flexible, blended working. The role primarily covers Newport and Caerphilly, with occasional support needed in other areas, including Swansea.
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
  • Pension, sick pay, referral scheme, health plans, and more.
