Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Cwmbran, with most of your work covering the Monmouthshire to Cardiff area — keeping your days varied and on the move.

We offer a healthy work–life balance with Monday to Friday working, plus the option of compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight, giving you extra time back for you.

This is a full‑time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £33,487, along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

About the role  

• Prioritise your core trade- plumbing, with a particular focus on full bathroom refits, from removal to installation.
• Build your skills in other areas as part of a supportive, multi-skilled team
• See the real-world impact of your work in people’s homes
• Tools, van, and uniform provided so you can focus on the job
• Be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that values your skills and supports your development

Skills and experience needed

• City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing (or significant experience)
• Practical experience in plumbing, ideally in domestic settings
• Confidence working in people’s homes with a professional, courteous approach
• Willingness to support other trades (e.g., basic carpentry, plastering, brickwork)
• Flexible, positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
• Full UK driving licence

Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems – but not essential.
