Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Swansea, with most of your work covering the Haverfordwest to Neath Port Talbot area — keeping your days varied and on the move.

We offer a healthy work–life balance with Monday to Friday working, plus the option of compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight, giving you extra time back for you.

This is a full‑time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £33,487, along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

About the role  

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll deliver top-notch repairs and maintenance services to our properties. Whether working individually or as part of a dynamic team, you'll handle a diverse range of building maintenance tasks. Your primary focus will be on our reactive maintenance team carrying our day to day repairs for our tenanted properties. Occasionally, you may lend your expertise to other areas of the business, such as voids or planned maintenance.

Skills and experience need?  

  • Proven Expertise: Showcase your plumbing skills with experience in both domestic and commercial settings. As this is a Multi Skilled role we require you to have a secondary skill in a trade related field.
  • Qualifications: City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing (or significant experience)
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, essential for interacting with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Safety Awareness: Maintain a keen awareness of health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Initiative and Positivity: Show initiative and maintain a positive outlook, contributing to our positive, connected, and considerate workplace culture.
  • Tech: You will be required to utilise an electronic handheld device, alongside some admin responsibilities for the role too.
