About the role
In this role, you’ll be helping the people we support enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Their days are shaped by their interests and choices.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day support, including:
- Enable independence through community access, including day trips, beach walks, meals out, football, and bowling.
- Build strong, trusting relationships, including supporting one individual with unique communication needs.
- Provide personal care, full manual handling, and PEG feeding support (training provided).
- Work collaboratively as part of a strong, supportive team with limited lone working.
- Support structured routines such as day services alongside flexible, person-led activities.
