Who are Codi Group?
Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales’ largest provider of housing, care, and support, we’re here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential.
Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals across Wales with services that make a real and uplifting difference to their everyday lives.
Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.
About the Role
As Team Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team across our supported living services in Abergavenny, ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and meaningful community involvement.
Our services support women with a range of needs, empowering them to develop new skills, build confidence, maintain important social connections, and achieve their personal goals. Many of the individuals we support share friendship groups and community networks, making relationship-centred support and community inclusion a key part of the role.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive outcomes, developing your team, and ensuring our services remain safe, compliant, and focused on helping people live their best lives.
You will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver person-centred support.
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion for the people we support.
- Ensure compliance with RISCA, CIW, Social Care Wales, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements.
- Oversee care planning, referrals, rotas, and day-to-day service delivery.
- Manage recruitment, supervision, performance, and staff development.
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and workforce planning using digital systems.
