At Aston Martin we would like to encourage young people to make decisions about their future careers and gain insight into working at Aston Martin

Who can apply for work experience?
 
Students who wish to apply for work experience must:

• have an Aston Martin contact (their sponsor) - open internally to our friends and family only 
• be aged 15+ 
• be in full time education

 
The Aston Martin sponsor, and manager of the placement department will be responsible for planning and organising the placement.

How do I put forward a student for work experience?
 
Work experience needs to work for both the student in terms of timing and the manager in terms of time to support and resources.
 
If you know a student who would like to spend their placement with Aston Martin, please speak to a department manager in advance to gain an in-principle decision.
 
The manager will need to consider, the structure of the placement, the time and resources available, benefits to the person and the business and consider if reasonable adjustments need to be made.
