We’re now seeking a visionary Global Commercial Training Manager to shape and lead Aston Martin’s global commercial training strategy. This role will champion a transformative learning experience for our global Dealer Network – combining technical, product and customer-focused training into a world-class, ultra-luxury curriculum.

The Role
As Global Commercial Training Manager, you will be the strategic force behind the development and delivery of Aston Martin’s global commercial training programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our dealer partners around the world understand, embody, and deliver the Aston Martin experience – from technical excellence to emotional connection.
Reporting into the Head of Global Commercial Services, you will lead a dedicated group of subject matter experts to create a curriculum that blends product, technical and customer-focused learning into a seamless and world-class training journey. Your work will span classroom and digital formats, global and regional needs, strategic planning and hands-on facilitation.
With a deep understanding of luxury expectations and cultural nuance, you’ll translate our aspirational brand vision into meaningful learning experiences that elevate skills and mindset. You’ll foster close partnerships across Sales, Aftersales and Brand functions, ensuring our training programmes are not only aligned with business goals but actively driving them forward. This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking, operational excellence and the ability to inspire others – ultimately ensuring that every Aston Martin customer encounter reflects the same refinement, passion and performance as our vehicles.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in sales, aftersales training within the automotive sector – ideally in the luxury or ultra-luxury space and with network and retailer experience
- Proven expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive blended learning programmes at scale
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills – with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels
- Strong project management and curriculum development experience
- A proactive, coaching-focused mindset, with a passion for unlocking people’s potential
- Experience leading diverse teams and working across global markets
- Familiarity with learning systems and academy platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Degree or diploma-level training qualification preferred; additional languages a plus
