As a Project Engineer in Dimensional Control and Perceived Quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that design intent is realised flawlessly from concept through to production, protecting the integrity of our brand at every stage.
You will be responsible for defining and validating perceived quality targets across both interior and exterior systems, translating dimensional performance into a refined customer experience. Working cross-functionally, you will optimise tolerances, locating strategies and manufacturing processes, ensuring robust dimensional control and delivering exceptional whole-vehicle quality.
This role requires a strong background in dimensional variation analysis and automotive engineering, with experience in 3D DVA modelling and a deep understanding of GD&T and tolerance management. You will bring a proven ability to analyse measurement data, influence design decisions and support dimensional management activities from early concept through to design release, driving continuous improvement in both product and process capability.
