If you’re the kind of recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes real pride in delivering great hiring outcomes, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.
At Aston Martin, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing team in Gaydon on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year, with an ASAP or short-notice start preferred. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can make an immediate and visible impact during a critical hiring period.
In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand what great looks like, shaping effective hiring strategies and delivering strong candidate outcomes. It’s not just about filling roles, but using insight and data to strengthen how we attract talent, balancing immediate hiring needs with longer-term thinking.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, confident in guiding and influencing, and able to challenge constructively where needed to ensure the best outcomes. Working in a fast-moving environment, you’ll be comfortable managing shifting priorities while maintaining pace, quality and a strong candidate focus.
Creating a positive and engaging candidate experience will be key, ensuring clear, timely communication while keeping everything compliant and well managed behind the scenes. You’ll also collaborate with wider HR teams and contribute to broader initiatives, including employer brand, diversity hiring and continuous improvement.
This role will suit someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and enjoys tackling hiring challenges, particularly when it comes to hard-to-reach talent. You’ll be confident managing multiple roles at pace, working with stakeholders at all levels, and bringing strong organisation and attention to detail.
You’ll need proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume environment, along with confidence using ATS systems and standard recruitment tools.
The role is based in Gaydon, with a minimum of three days onsite each week, so being able to commute easily is important.
If you’re ready to hit the ground running, make an impact from day one, and be part of a team where your work is visible and valued, we’d love to hear from you.
