Be skilled at…

  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking technical minutes at designated meetings. Including the Technical meetings. This involves creating an in depth document to be sent to the trackside teams with information collated from the Engineering areas.
  • Responsible for providing some content of Pre and Post Event Meeting Agenda.
  • Releasing approved Trackside Engineering Requests and Test Requests to the track and maintaining their respective directories.
  • Creating and updating processes to optimise core business operations.
  • Collating FIA documents and maintaining directories.
  • Generating a post event summary of Team KPI’s and Mechanical Reliability, Failures and Component Changes.
  • Monitoring EA and CE actions from around the business. Developing, graphs, presentations and reports to support these where necessary.
  • End of week graphs and reports for the MD.
  • Downloading or ordering standards, technical papers and books for the company Technical Library, keeping the directory up to date and the Library area tidy.
  • Some diary management when required by CE
  • Some task list management when required by CE.
  • Travel Booking and Itineraries.
  • Raising Purchase Requisitions on SAP.
  • General admin, housekeeping and filing when required to support the CE.
  • Chief Engineer and Head of Department support where required.
  • Liaising with Team Leaders and Engineering departments effectively to assist smooth business flow.
  • Maintaining the office floor seating plan.

Have experience of…

  • Minimum 5 years supporting senior level directorate, in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible

Hold these qualifications…

  • A Business related HNC/HND or relevant experience
