Success in this role will be if you… (deliverables)

•  Process the Employee employment and pay data to a high level of accuracy
  • Manage variable data
  • Starters / Leavers / Changes
  • Statutory payroll requirements (Tax, National Insurance etc.)
• Manage changes to employee data in HR Systems, ensuring data is accurate
• Processing all aspects of the Payroll on a monthly basis
• Involved with our Expat payrolls and international workers
• Point of contract for employee queries on HR Systems and Payroll queries
• Manage the EWD (Employee Worldwide database) reporting to Daimler
• Ad Hoc reporting from the HRIS to support compensation & benefit activities
