Background on the role.
The Supply Chain is at the heart of every business – it is a system of organisations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in moving products or services from supplier to customer; a lot more than just moving parts from A to B! You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain, consider the effect of clear demand and specification management on each function, and strive to deliver the best value for the business. Due to the high number of interactions across multiple functions within the business, you will need strong relationship building, influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills alongside sound analytical, information technology and numeracy skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing requirements. You will directly be adding performance to the car, by enabling a faster and more dynamic supply chain, leading to a higher rate of development and facilitates compressed build programmes. Achieve more, in less time.
Our apprentice programmes will commence in September 2026. While you will be a part of the Programme Management function, during the 3-year scheme, you will also spend time getting hands on experience in other supply chain functions, to gain a full understanding and appreciation of the entire supply chain process. This will likely include, but not exclusive to, the following functions:

- Programme Delivery
- Finance
As an apprentice in the business you will be working towards and completing the Supply chain practitioner (fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)) level 3 qualification. This qualification will also link in various Risk, Change and Project Management techniques to ensure the apprentice has a well rounded knowledge base for any potential future role in the Programme Management function.
You will also be added to the 3 day Professional Foundation Qualification in Programme Management as part of your development.
