  • Perform a range of administrative functions, including responding to student and staff enquiries, administering exams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide support for the Results, Progression, and Graduation functions of the team, including ensuring that results are recorded, processed and uploaded in a timely, accurate and secure manner, process requests for review of academic decisions and changes of assessment, and securely generate student documents including academic transcripts and completion letters.

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage overlapping priorities, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and deliver timely solutions to process and venue related issues as they arise.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder liaison skills; demonstrated experience working independently and within a team environment to deliver outcomes on time and to a high degree of quality.
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and compliance with rules and regulations, and in developing recommendations to improve procedures.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and develop process improvements with experience in student management systems within a higher education environment, or similar.
