The role

  • Part Time – 18.75 hours per week, Continuing
  • Level A - $40,023 to $54,102 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Associate Lecturer to join our School of Education and contribute to the preparation of future teachers. This role offers the opportunity to teach across a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, both on-campus and online, with a strong focus on student engagement and community collaboration.

As part of the Faculty of Arts and Education, you will play a key role in academic leadership, curriculum development, and program coordination. You will bring expertise in professional experience within teacher education and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality learning and teaching, as well as meaningful community engagement. Your contribution will support the Faculty’s strategic goals and enhance the reputation of our education programs.

About you

  • A Masters qualification in education or a related field, and or relevant skills and experience
  • Experience teaching ideally in higher education, both online and on-campus
  • Strong skills in curriculum design, subject coordination, and student engagement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with academic and industry partners
  • A proactive, student-focused mindset with a passion for teacher education
