The role

  • Full Time - Fixed Term (Up to October 2026)
  • Level 8 - $113,948 to $128,980 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, or Wagga Wagga

Are you passionate about digital identity, security, and delivering modern, scalable technology solutions? We're looking for a Digital Identity Lead to drive the transformation of our current Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems into a secure, industry-aligned platform tailored for the higher education environment.

You will ensure seamless, compliant digital identity services for students, staff, and our broader community.

About you

  • Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) or equivalent.
  • Hands-on expertise with IAM tools like Okta, Entra ID, SailPoint, SavvyInt or equivalent.
  • Strong software development skills and experience modernising legacy IAM systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and support new IAM practices.
