The role

  • Continuing, Full time – 35 hours per week
  • $56,317 to $58,820 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Orange

As the Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our vibrant Orange campus café, delivering quality barista and hospitality services. You’ll create exceptional experiences for staff, students, and visitors with our delicious food and beverages and maintain a welcoming environment, working together with your team to enhance and improve our operations.

About you

  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Want to be part of a small, fun and committed team.
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire for serving great coffee and food.
  • Previous barista experience is highly regarded but not essential, however willingness to learn is crucial.

As part of this recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a functional assessment and practical barista assessment.
