About this role
Our Employment Solutions team provides specialist tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients with particular focus on employment taxes including global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning and salary sacrifice arrangements.
We have a varied evolving client base, and our absolute dedication to excellent client service and sustainable growth has led to this position becoming available.

Key responsibilities
- Consulting and advising on a wide variety of FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters, including cross border issues and audits
- Providing international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and matters
- FBT policy and procedure development
- Payroll Tax compliance
- Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and all other levels
- Teaming with data and technology experts to help design automated tools
- Coaching and mentoring team members
Skills & experience
You’ll be agile, responsive and most importantly you will bring the right attitude to continue learning. Your passion for understanding your clients’ businesses will see you go beyond addressing technical issues to developing actionable growth recommendations. This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Law, Mathematics or similar
- Experience in a similar or complimentary role
- Demonstrates ability to build relationships and to work independently
- Strong research and legal interpretation skills
- Proactive approach to client relationships and cross selling of services
