Responsibilities:
- Supervising the scheduling, controlling and adjustment of Crew Member roster is complied with the legal, regulatory (CAD371 and CAD360), IOSA standards and company requirements;
- As far as operational feasible, to ensure availability of Crew Member for the operational need during the day to day operations;
- Acting as the responsible person for the shift being assigned;
- Supervising the shift in Crew Operations is running in accordance with the agreed standard;
- Proactively support IOCC for crew deployment solution and participating in IOCC decision making process;
- Supervising the Crew movements and adjusting crew duties to meet the operational need in a legal, efficient and cost-effective manner;
- Handling Crew Member enquires on rostering issues;
- Supporting and coaching staff members in all aspect of handling daily function of Crew Operations;
- Supervising the guideline, work procedure or any directive from Crew Control Manager / Assistant Manager implemented in Crew Operations during day to day operations;
- Supervising and proactively support Crew operations staff in daily operations and liaison with IOCC;
- Handling and providing solution for any rostering issues being referred by the Assistant Supervisor / Officer Crew Control on shift duty;
- Assist with crisis coordination and participate in crisis recovery process;
- Providing feedback to Crew Control Manager / Assistant Manager regarding continuous improvement on Crew Operations daily operations.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and company requirements ensuring safety and security of the operation.
- Responsible for identifying and reporting safety and security hazards and occurrences as per company’s reporting procedures.
Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE or equivalent;
- 2 years experiences in Airline Crewing aspect are preferable;
- Proficiency in verbal communication in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
- Well versed in HKCAD CAD371, CAD360 and IOSA standards as well as Crew Control and flight disruption handling;
- Knowledge in MS Office;
- Capable to handle conflict and settle argument in a reasonable manner;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Crew Control.
