Job Duties

• Assist the Director, Service Delivery in ensuring the safety and security of catering and in-flight services (cabin operations).
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, applicable standards (including CAD, AAHK, AVSECO, IOSA, ISO) and company requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SEP procedures.
• Responsible for the supervision of catering and in-flight services production development, IFE and cabin operations.
• Accountable for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and developing plans aligned to company direction to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Work closely with all parties to ensure an efficient and customer focused operation as well as safe and on-time flights to customers.
• Lead, motivate, develop and inspire teammates to maintain a dedicated, productive and professional cabin crew team.
• Drive the delivery of both departmental and organizational objectives through relationships with external suppliers, business partners and regulators.
• Initiate cost controls and generate additional income for the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Hospitality, Aviation Management or similar disciplines.
• At least 15 years of work experience in cabin crew management, in which 10 years at managerial level.
• Familiar with CAD, AVSECO, IOSA standards & requirements.
• Good knowledge of inflight services & procedures, catering, IFE, duty free sales, etc.
• Have effective coordination, communication and time management skills with the ability to act quickly and work under pressure.
• Excellent people management, problem solving skills, leadership and influencing ability.
• Have the ability to drive change in large and complex organizations to deliver efficiencies and enhance effectiveness.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
