Responsibilities

• Managing the Hong Kong Airlines International and Chinese Enterprise corporate segment,  initiative, including negotiations, deal implementation and performance monitoring
• Continually evaluating and adapting the Hong Kong Airlines corporate sales proposition to meet the needs of customers from China and international Market
• Organizing and attending campaigns, corporate events to extend and maintain relationships, and further promote company’s brand effect among existing and potential corporate clients
• Acting as the single point of contact for sales teams on all corporate sales related matters
• Managing and promoting both global and local corporate sales across the Group network in line with achieving agreed targets 
• Providing strategic direction to sales teams and equipping them with the necessary tools in order to meet corporate sales objectives

Requirements

• University graduate with Major in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Aviation related areas
• 6 years of experience corporate sales experience, preferably in airline, corporate travel management or TMC
• Strong strategic thinking and sensitive to figures.
• Rich knowledge in the corporate travel requirements 
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
