Role:
You will work in the HR&A Department and assist in building credibility through the execution of processes in employee relations (ER) area; You are required to plan and organize various staff activities and campaigns to strengthen staff communication and cooperation within the Company.
Responsibilities
- Drive the corporate employee relations function across the company;
- Oversee the corporate welfare budget, usage and development of the policy;
- Organize staff welfare and recreational activities and campaigns;
- Organize corporate social responsibility programmes, employee volunteering programmes and Staff Caring Programmes;
- Manage Recreational Clubs and all the related corporate staff activities, including but not limited to Company’s annual dinner, BBQ and departmental activities;
- Liaise with the external partners to maintain and develop a comprehensive privilege programmes to our staff;
- Conduct market research on outside best practice and make recommendations to the management in support of delivering the best ER service; and
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources/ Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 year experience in employee relations in sizable company
- Experienced in sizable event or project management will be add advantage
- Pleasant, Independent and Passionate about interacting with different people
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua is required
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
