Responsibilities

• Performing technical support including installation, configuration and product patching/upgrading/hardening on various middleware products
• Providing application deployment, production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services to project team
• Define IT middleware standard, guideline and review regularly
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in any of the following: IIS/WAS/Tomcat/JBoss/WebLogic
• Hands-on experience on Nginx, MQ, redis is big advantage
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill to collaborate with different support teams
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
