Responsibilities

• Responsible for crew resources management on a daily basis
• Ensure crew manpower and working hours are standard with SOP and CAD regulations
• Work closely with Crew Rostering team on crew resources planning
• Communicate with flight crew & cabin crew on duty adjustment and ad-hoc arrangement
• Support all improvement projects in Crew Control team

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Working experience in Aviation is preferred
• Able to work independently and also as a good team player
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 7/24 shift (9-12 hours per shift) is required

 Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Crew Control.
