Job responsibilities
Assess and evaluate maintenance training needs and establish Training Programs as necessary in view of human factors, air legislations, company procedures, changing practices & procedures etc.to ensure the competence of maintenance staff within the company and from associated contractors and / or subcontractors
Establish and develop an efficient E&M training procedures and policies to monitor compliance with the requirements of AOC Maintenance Support arrangement and HKAR-145.
Develop continuation training for HKA E&M certifying staffs. Perform any training follow up and holds the qualification/experience and training records of all related personnel.
Prepare and review the internal training materials. Assure all materials are updated.
Prepare E&M annual training budget and report to E&M management the training expense periodically
Confirm the training records for HKA E&M staffs and authorized personnel from outstations are well kept.
Liaise with external training organizations and source training courses for E&M staffs.
Monitor the operation of HKA Engineering Department ELearning system.
Manage the staff recruitment and development to fulfill the training needs.
Perform other tasks and projects assigned by General Manager
Job requirement
Non Degree Tertiary Educational Level
Aircraft Maintenance License holder
At least 10 year of engineering or relevant working experience
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skilly.
Strong leadship and highly motivated and self started .
Firm commitment for task accomplishment and consistently above expectation in the duties.
