Executive Officer in the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 531312) (to commence in May 2025, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years’ solid administrative working experience, preferably in a tertiary institution, public organization, or non-governmental organization (NGO). They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and IT competence including proficiency in MS Office. Candidate with relevant experience in human resources and financial management, and community outreach programs would be highly desirable.
The appointee will assist the Project administrator-in-charge in implementing and overseeing the human resources, financial and publicity matters of the Jockey Club Children Oral Health Project. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing staff recruitment, appointments, and human resource planning;
- Monitoring and managing project expenditures, budgets, financial reports, and forecasts;
- Coordinating public relations, education campaigns, and events;
- Managing social media and online platforms; and
- Providing administrative support to the Project-in-charge and team members.
Working off-campus and outside normal office hours and on weekends are required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
