Research Assistant I/II (several posts) in Hong Kong Jockey Club Global Health Institute, the School of Public Health (Ref.: 531492) to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary term contract, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical science, microbiology, immunology, pharmaceutical science or a related discipline. They should be strong in communication with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. They should be organized, attentive to details, responsible, self-motivated, and be able to work independently as well as in a team. Prior experience in animal handling, pathogen handling, vaccine/drug development and/or clinical trial is advantageous. Those with more relevant experience will be considered for appointment as Research Assistant I.
