Research Assistant II (2 posts) in the Department of Clinical Oncology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref: 531716) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in biomedicine or a related discipline, with laboratory research experience. They should have good communication skills; be highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team. Previous experience in lab management and basic molecular skills are preferred.
The appointee will participate in cancer research projects involving multiplex staining and molecular functional studies and will receive training for multi-omics studies, such as genomic profiling, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spatial transcriptome for the clinical specimens, and perform other general lab duties as assigned by the supervisor.
