Clerk II in the Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref: 531743) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree or have achieved 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007), and Mathematics. Alternatively, applicants may have achieved a minimum Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE, including English Language, Chinese Language, and Mathematics. In addition, applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience. They should have a fair command of both English and Chinese, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and proficiency in IT skills (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are also required. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are essential qualities. Experience in financial management would be an advantage.

The appointee will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the research teams in the Department, as well as other personnel matters at Queen Mary Hospital. Duties include but not limited to data entry, documentation, managing financial matters, liaising with various stakeholders, responding to queries, and other assigned office tasks.
