Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref.: 531913) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' work experience preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, along with computer literacy and IT proficiency, are essential. Applicants should also have a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
The appointees will provide administrative and clerical support to the School's postgraduate programmes, managing tasks related to student admissions, course enrolment, attendance records, examinations and student affairs, data collection and compilation, course evaluations, coordinating events and activities organized by the School, and perform any ad-hoc and non-routine tasks as assigned. He/She is required to work one day until 7:30pm every one to two weeks. Occasional business travel to the Mainland China or outside Hong Kong may be required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.
