Executive Officer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.: 531961) (to commence on June 1, 2025, or as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 4 years of work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with fluency in Putonghua); the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently; good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and proficiency in IT. They should be fast learners, good team players, attentive to details, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. The appointee will oversee the overall administration of academic programmes, project management, and perform any ad-hoc and non-routine tasks as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
