Senior Project Officer/Project Officer (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 532021) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong MS Excel, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; demonstrated competence in performing administrative tasks; and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
The appointee is expected to be mature, persuasive, personable, open-minded and well-spoken. He/She should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, excellent communication skills and proficient in MS Office/Canva/social media, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Those with less experience or lower qualifications may be considered as Project Officer.
The appointee will support admissions-related outreach and student engagement activities, including in-person and virtual events. He/She will also assist in executing outreach and marketing campaigns and will be expected to exercise flexibility to perform other duties as assigned in support of the Faculty’s mission, core values and goals. This role also includes assisting the team in Finance, HR, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Team Head. Occasional support for Faculty activities and other assigned tasks may also be needed. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an interview and a written test.
