Senior Project Officer (at the rank of Clerk I) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 532076) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or Management. Relevant experience in marketing, branding, and event management/production would be an advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and strong communication skills are essential. They should be meticulous and self-motivated, have the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines, be a good team player with the ability to multi-task, and be very attentive to details.

The appointee will prepare communication materials and marketing/event deliverables, provide administrative support to branding initiatives, online communications and souvenir production.  He/She may also support other portfolios of the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team, and perform other duties as assigned. Work outside office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
