Full-time Research Assistant I in the Department of Comparative Literature, School of Humanities (Ref.: 532080) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

The Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant I to join our vibrant academic community.  The appointee will contribute to cutting-edge research, support the department’s research hubs, and assist in organizing speaker series and events.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. humanities, social sciences, Asian Studies), work or study experience in China and Hong Kong is highly preferred.  
• Experience in document preparation (e.g. posters, communications, bibliographies) and basic website management.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).  
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior research experience is an advantage.
