Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 532091)  (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis or one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Health Sciences or a related discipline, with experience in cell culture, molecular biology and/or basic laboratory techniques. Those with experience in primary cell culture, and human embryonic stem cell culture and differentiation is strongly preferred. Those without relevant experience may be considered for the post of Research Assistant II. Experience in the medical-related field and biostatistics would be advantages. They should be strong in communication with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. They should be reliable, honest, committed, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently as well as in a team. The appointee will work on clinical samples and research projects.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
