Senior IT Assistant in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 532093) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ solid working experience on administrative or project management. Applicants should be quick learners and have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication and organizational skills; as well as willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to rapid changes.

The appointee will perform a range of duties including IT procurement preparation, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery, prepare detailed progress reports and facilitate stakeholder communication, and maintain accurate records of IT assets and infrastructure documentation. The appointee will also participate in basic system management. Additionally, he/she will participate in network or infrastructure project implementation. Working independently and outside office hours are required. Pro-active and strong motivation for picking up the latest technological trends on network, infrastructure or cyber security is an advantage.
