Applications are invited for appointment as Postdoctoral Fellows in Condensed Matter Theory in the Department of Physics (Ref.:532123), to commence as soon as possible for 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability. Two positions are possible if suitable candidates can be identified.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Physics. The appointee will work with Prof. Chenjie Wang to pursue research in condensed matter theory. Recent works of Dr. Wang can be found at https://arxiv.org/a/wang_c_4.html. Candidates with research experience in strongly correlated systems, topological phases of matter, quantum transport theory, and mesoscopic systems are preferred. Applicants who are in the process of completing a Ph.D. degree will also be considered.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
