Senior Technical Officer in the HKUMed Laboratory of Cellular Therapeutics of the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 532148) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related subjects, with at least two to three years’ relevant work experience in facility and utility management, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment. Candidates with strong knowledge of GMP operations and compliance requirements, and extensive hands-on experience with facility operations and maintenance will be given preference. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and strong computer skills are prerequisites.
The appointee will assist in GMP license application process and ensure all facility and utility systems meet with regulatory standards. They will provide technical support for the design, construction engineering, validation, and maintenance of cleanroom systems in compliance with GMP requirements, facilitate audit readiness and regulatory inspections, liaise with authorities and suppliers, and manage engineering service procurement.
