Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 532271), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree preferably in stem cell biology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in two of the following research fields – mouse preimplantation, embryonic stem cells, trophoblasts, and animal genetic-related research works. Applicants should have strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, be organized and be able to work independently with a group of multidisciplinary team members. The appointee will work under the supervision of Professor Pengtao Liu on research projects relating to totipotency of stem cell and blastoid, targeting for translational applications.
