Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Programme Manager) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 532367) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
 
Applicants should hold a good bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in programme management and/or development, preferably within a tertiary institution. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) is essential. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently under stringent deadlines. Key attributes include a strong commitment to quality and results, excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, a professional manner, and a high level of computer literacy. Prior experience in managing student exchange programmes is advantageous.
 
The appointee will assist in overseeing the operation of the Faculty's undergraduate student enrichment and corporate partnership programmes, engaging and liaising with overseas institutions, corporate partners, and other external parties, communicate/co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders including but not limited to corporate partners and student bodies on programmes and events, supervise clerical staff, and perform any other duties as assigned. Occasional travel and work outside normal office hours may be required.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
