Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) (2 posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 532392) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 5 years of work experience, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in the higher education sector. They should be strong communicators with an excellent command of English and Chinese, and capable of working independently and in a team. They should have good problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and an appropriate level of IT knowledge. Experience in administering postgraduate programmes, event organization, and/or serving on committees would be an asset. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.

The appointees will play a versatile role in administering research postgraduate programmes, supporting faculty-wide events, and providing other administrative support to the team as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and a written test.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
