Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Centre for AI, Organization and Management (Ref.: 532635) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
The organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and arranging travel and logistics. The oriented Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant will also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials, while ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with some prior experience in a similar administrative role, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent organizational and time management skills. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, a high degree of professionalism, and the capacity to manage sensitive information. Candidates with experience supporting senior leadership, particularly in a fast-paced or corporate environment, will be highly regarded. Those with less experience may be considered as Executive Assistant.
