Project Executive (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Architecture (Ref.: 532657) (to commence as soon as possible on a 5-month contract, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good degree in Architecture, with recent graduates preferred. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong communication and problem-solving skills, strong interest in event organization and promotion, particularly in the area of Architecture, with appropriate level of IT skills and solid understanding of website updating and social media management. They should also be a good team player, able to multi-task and attentive to details.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the HKU Faculty of Architecture 75th Anniversary’s events/activities, publicity, fundraising and alumni relation initiatives, liaise with departments and units within and outside the University, and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointee may be required to working outside normal office hours.
