The Role
- Overseeing the daily operation of the LKS Cryo-EM Laboratory
- Providing training to new users and offering technical support, advice, and troubleshooting for research projects
- Managing document handling and preparing reports
- Organizing events and seminars

Qualifications and Qualities
- Master’s degree or above in Biology, Physics or other related disciplines in science and engineering
- Prior experience in operating TEM, SEM, or Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM) or management of core laboratory is preferred
- Self-motivated, responsible, good communication skills and enjoy team work
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Competency in using MS Office
