Student Affairs Assistant II in Simon K.Y. Lee Hall (Ref. 528825) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good University degree, preferably with experience in student halls. They should have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; computer literacy, preferably with experiences and proficiency in using design tools. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and being a good team player are essential.
The appointee will assist the Hall Management Team to develop and execute various initiatives on hall development and student enrichment. They are expected to strengthen the connection between students, alumni, the community, and other stakeholders, while creating opportunities for students in different aspects of hall education. The appointee is also required to assist in daily office administration and operation, plus any other duties assigned by the Hall Management Team. Working outside regular office hours will be required.
