Executive Officer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Ref.:532814) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ solid experience in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and strong computer literacy. They should also be collaborative team players with good organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, attention to details, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
The appointee will provide administrative support for the daily operation of the department, including matters related to human resources, finance, research, and accommodation. He/She will also serve as the secretary of committees, supervise office staff, and perform other duties as assigned.
